Fonds consists of the history book, as well as material used to compile it. Includes family histories.

Fonds consists of photocopies of the bank building (1949, 1960, 1966), news clipping on the appointment of Norman C. Munson (1960) and of the sixtieth anniversary celebrations (1950). Black and white photographs show the bank as does the colour photograph taken by Hazel McMillan (1990).

Fonds consists of a short hand-written history of the Woodlea/Ingelow, Manitoba area, including Woodlea School. Black and white photographs show the school and students.

Fonds consists of genealogies of the Beswitherick or Beswatherick family beginning in 1751. Also five B & W photos dated 1916 mounted on black album cardboard - pictures on one side: one showing a house and yard, one showing Ernie Beswitherick and an unknown man, a narrow one showing an unknown man both dated 1916, and on the other side: one of a military parade on Main Street in Carberry and another of a mounted military parade with a military band in Carberry Fairgrounds, both dated July 12, 1916.

Fonds consists of four (4) laminated placemats (28 cm x 43 cm), each with different pictures of activities at the Camp, and a history of the camp written by John Dietz printed on the reverse side of each.

The 1963 scrapbook was created by Connie Chudley, Brookdale Clothing Club historian.

Fonds consists of nine minute books, and financial statements; also one audiocassette of the interview with Alfred George Kneeshaw; also a photo album containing newspaper clippings and photographs concerning Brookdale United Church's 75th Anniversary.

Collection comprises 2 series. Textual records consist of twenty-nine scribblers detailing watch repair accounts (1936-1968), calendars for the shop and other businesses in Carberry, a Rex Cafç menu signed by Royal Air Force members (1940-1945), programmes for organ dedication at the Carberry United Church (1951), a Rip Chords performance, the Music and Arts Festival, and the Coronation Service (1953), and correspondence. Includes minutes for Carberry Business Men (1942-1943), honours and ration book of Bertha Butt, three maps showing parts of Carberry. There are 95 black and white photographs, 36 coloured photographs, 23 coloured negatives, and 67 black and white negatives. Photographs show events and people in the Carberry area.

Fonds consists of two papers signed by Caldwell when he was sworn in as Mayor (1945), and black and white photographs of a Grade IX class (1928), and of Caldwell's general store (ca. 1950).
