Fonds consists of photocopies of original hand-written history of the village of Edrans, situated on Township 35 Range 12 Section13 in the north-east corner of the Rural Municipality of North Cypress. Of note are descriptions of farm life, of various horses, of rural fairs and the Boys and Girls Club, of community entertainments, of domestic arts, and of developments such as the post office. Details include histories of local land-owners, including lots along Ridge Road and 17 Creeks. Also includes poetry and copies of news clippings describing settler life on the prairies.
