Biographical history

Hazeldean United Church existed in the community of Hazeldean, Manitoba, southeast of Deloraine, from 1925 to 1942. Its predecessor was the Hazeldean Presbyterian Church. At the time of Union in 1925, Hazeldean was served by the Whitewater Church with the student minister, John Dunnett presiding. In 1934, Hazeldean became part of the Deloraine field, and was subsequently closed following the amalgamation of Deloraine and Medora in 1942.

Custodial history

The records of Hazeldean United Church came to The United Church of Canada Archives-Conference of Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario as part of a transfer of records from the Deloraine Pastoral charge in June 1978.
