A.E. McKenzie's records in the Brandon College collection provide an important perspective on College development.The bulk of this collection contains records from 1940 to 1960. There is correspondence between McKenzie and various individuals regarding College and Board of Director business. There are Brandon College financial statements and letters regarding the A.E. McKenzie Foundation. Fonds also contains newspaper clippings, pamphlets and lists of names of members of various Brandon organizations, correspondence regarding building expansion in the 1940's and minutes of Board of Director meetings. There are also several photographs.

Fonds consists of black and white photographs showing local people, especially of students and teachers, the British Commonwealth Training Station, parades, Rip Chords orchestra, Rex Cafç, the Fort Osborne Barracks in Winnipeg, buildings at Camp Shilo, and the Carberry Collegiate Institute.

This material pertains to the Balmoral Hall which Margaret was a student of and continued to be a member of the alumni association. Included are official papers from her time there as well as newsletters and programs.

This fonds consists of personal correspondence received and written from 1949-1999. These records document Bernie Wiebe's vocational and personal life as a Mennonite leader, educator, counselor, preacher, radio minister, editor of a denominational paper, and husband and father. Some files relate to the specific congregation or instituion for which he worked. There are also files related to his trip and tours to Russia, Europe, Holy Land, and South America; as well as a few items of family interest and a personal nature. One series of files contains his private correspondence with Dr. G.K. Epp and Dr. George Richert, the fiirst presidents of Menno Simons College, as well as private conrrespondence with specific churches and individuals regarding conflicts in the church between 1986-1999.

This fonds consists of annual registers (1910-1961), minute books (1896-1962), account books (1896-1911 1924-1956), an award of a Board of Arbitration (1961), a petition for consolidation with School District of Nesbitt (1961), a financial report (1961), a map of Souris Valley School Division showing rural school districts, and one debenture certificates (1896).

This fonds consists of the Birtle Boarding School Attendance Record for the years 1888 through 1898. It includes the name of each student, his or her date of admission, age, full or half blood Native status, tribe, band, parent's names (whether the parent's were living or dead), parent's religion, places and periods of previous education, and educational level of the student at the time of admission.

This fonds includes the minute books, financial records (1886-1955), attendance registers (1887-1906), and related documents of the Blyth School District, Rural Municipality of Cornwallis. Aside from attendance records, the fonds contains documents relating to issues of teachers salaries, attendance policies, and holidays.

Fonds consists of documents, minutes, correspondence, financial records, Bursar and Registrar records, printed material, clippings and photographs generated by the College Board, administration, faculty and students. It also includes Clark Hall scrapbooks, military files dealing with the creation and operation of a C.O.T.C. regiment on campus during both the First and Second World Wars. Fonds also contains records relating to the intellectual formation and careers of College graduates including Tommy Douglas, Stanley Knowles, Robert Beamish, and Beatrice Bridgen.
