Series 1 consists of records created and/or received by the Carberry Plains Archives in the course of its management, including plans, policies, procedures, correspondence, funding applications, and financial statements. Series 2 consists of single records collected by the Archivist, as well as miscellaneous, anonymous, and undocumented donations. Includes maps of Carberry (1971, 1976), 93 black and white photographs, 41 coloured photographs, and 12 black and white negatives showing streets of Carberry, CNR and CPR stations, public school, Grant Trunk Pacific railway, Carberry Flour Mill, Western Hotel, churches, Town Hall, local businesses and other buildings (extant and defunct), banks, museum and airport. One colour photograph is of Main Street during the filming of the movie "For The Moment" (detached from the Carberry Lions Club calendar 1993-1994).

Fonds consists of a short history of the Carberry U.G.G. written by D. H. Fraser on a date unknown, a pencil drawing of the elevator and surrounding buildings (1940), minute books of the Carberry and Fairview Locals. Colour photograph shows the Carberry elevator (1983) which is signed G. W. Moore au verso.
