Snider, chairman, Abe Wiebe, assistant chairman, Ralph Thomas, secretary-treasurer, Peter J Thiessen, John Buhler, and Ray Peck, Work Committee. A site was selected and in 1962, buildings began to arrive or be built, and equipment acquired. In 1967, Ron Gartley became the Spiritual Director. Raymond Peck succeeded Ralph Thomas as Chair in 1974. Peter Thiessen succeeded him in 1976. Others involved were Rev. Paul Meier, Gerald Reimer, Jack Klassen, Harold Brown, Sondra Koop, Peter Reimer, Glen Wiebe, Don Hickey (first full-time permanent director). In 1986, the camp became a year-round camp. The camp was available for rental throughout the year. In 1987, the camp was moved to a site south of MacGregor and the name changed to Valleyview Bible Camp. The current (2009) director is Gordon Giesbrecht.
