Bricks from this company were used on many homes and businesses in Brandon and in surrounding areas. Some examples include, the Belvedere Apartments, the interiors of the Prince Edward Hotel and Alexander school, as well as other downtown businesses. Bricks were produced using the Huennekes (German) system by mixing dry sand and ground lime in a tube mill as water was added. The mixture was them pressed into bricks and steamed to form a cement-like compound.
