Bernice (Mustard) Wallace ([19-]-) grew up on a farm south east of Gladstone, Manitoba. She married Harold Wallace after moving to Roland, Manitoba. They resided in Winnipeg and Rivers, Manitoba returning to Carberry in 1949. In 2001 she moved to Winnipeg, Manitoba. She had received her BA at Brandon College and her Teachers Certification from University of Manitoba. She taught at Stony Mountain, Manitoba in 1940. From 1942 â1945 she taught at the old Carberry School. In 1953 she resumed teaching until 1979 when she retired.
Custodial history
Records have been presented to the Carberry Plains Archives in 2001 by Bernice Wallace, then of Carberry.
Scope and content
Fonds consists of loose black and white photographs showing students of Carberry collegiate Institute between 1957-1961. Includes album of colour photographs of students between 1963-1971.
